Abstract
Most optical systems use optical lens,and the reasonable use of spherical and aspherical lens in optical systems can increase the imaging depth and resolution of the system.At the same time,higher technical requirements have been put forward for the production and testing of optical lens.Traditional aspherical lens detection methods are generally contact measurement methods that are prone to damage to the lens surface,as well as contour gauge detection methods that have long measurement times and limited detection aperture.For this purpose,the paper proposes a non-contact measurement method based on spectral domain OCT technology,which solves the problem of irregular scattered light on the lens surface causing difficulty in imaging when OCT scans high transmittance aspherical lens.It can quickly and efficiently scan and image the aspherical lens.By making surface fitting on the collected image data,the surface parameters of the aspherical lens,including the aspherical radius and aspherical coefficient,can be calculated,providing an accurate,efficient,and non lens damage risk technical support for the detection of aspherical lens.关键词
