Effects of Electric Field Polarization on Photoelectric Transmission in Anisotropic Media
摘要
Abstract
Based on the Maxwell equations in anisotropy media,the analytical relationship between electric field intensity,wave vector,and permittivity tensor in anisotropic media is obtained,and the effectiveness of the relationship is verified.Taking typical gypsum crystals and universal CO2 laser as examples,the numerical simulation and analysis on extraordinary and ordinary light in anisotropic media are conducted.The simulation results show that the wave vector of extraordinary light in the anisotropic media varies with the polarization state of the electric field,and the variation with small electric field is more drastic.The specific variation of the propagation wave number of extraordinary light is related to the electric field intensity and permittivity tensor.The direction of wave vector of extraordinary light varies significantly with the components of the electric field strength.The wave vector of ordinary light does not vary with the variation of the components of electric field strength.关键词
