摘要
Abstract
The application of genetic evaluation software in the animal field has greatly improved the efficiency of breeding work.With the continuous improvement of genome sequencing technology and the rising of artificial intelligence technology,animal genetic evaluation software also experienced rapid development.This paper firstly introduced the application of conventional breeding and genomic breeding in the field of animal breeding,then focused on reviewing the characteristics and development history of genome-wide genetic evaluation software of GBLUP method,Bayesian method,machine learning and deep learning method,and finally discussed the future development trend of computer software in animal genetic evaluation and breeding,which is intended to provide relevant genetic evaluation software references for researchers in the field of animal breeding.关键词
