基于蓝牙静默技术的手术室共享医疗设备定位管理系统研究OACSTPCD
Research on Positioning Management System of Operating Room Shared Medical Equipment Based on Bluetooth Silent Technology
目的 为安全可靠地掌握手术室共享医疗设备的实时位置,提高设备调配效率,设计基于蓝牙静默技术的手术室共享医疗设备定位管理系统.方法 该系统由蓝牙定位平台和定位管理系统组成,蓝牙定位平台布局于手术室各功能区域,利用双蓝牙通信技术,实现设备定位;利用蓝牙静默技术,避免蓝牙信号对手术间设备产生干扰;利用加速度运动感知技术,降低标签功耗.定位管理系统对设备定位信息进行处理和计算,实现设备位置显示和查询等功能.结果 该系统实现了手术室共享设备的精准和动态定位,定位准确率>98%,响应速度<10 s.系统使用后手术间备台时间显著减少,单个手术间平均备台时间减少约4~5 min,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 该系统在对手术间不产生电磁干扰的前提下,实现了手术室共享设备的实时精准定位,解决了有源定位产生电磁干扰问题与医疗设备安全使用之间的矛盾,为电磁干扰敏感区域设备的定位问题提供了参考.
Objective In order to safely and reliably grasp the real-time positioning of shared medical equipment in the operating room and improve the efficiency of equipment deployment,to design a positioning management system for shared medical equipment in operating room based on Bluetooth silent technology.Methods This system consisted of the Bluetooth positioning platform and the positioning management system.The Bluetooth positioning platform was deployed in various functional areas of the operating room.Dual-Bluetooth communication technology was used to achieve equipment positioning.The Bluetooth silent technology was used to avoid interference of Bluetooth signal to operating room equipment.The acceleration sports perception technology was used to reduce label power consumption.The positioning management system processed and calculated the equipment positioning information to achieve functional positioning display and query functions.Results The system realized accurate and dynamic positioning of the shared equipment in operating room.The positioning accuracy was greater than 98%and the response speed was less than 10 s.After using the system,the standby time of operating room was significantly reduced and the average standby time of a single operating room was reduced by about 4-5 min,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The system achieves real-time accurate positioning of shared equipment in operating room without electromagnetic interference,solves the contradiction between electromagnetic interference generated by active positioning and safe use of medical equipment,and provides exploration for the positioning of equipment in electromagnetic interference sensitive area.
