枇杷花抗氧化活性物质的提取工艺研究
Study on the Extraction Process of Antioxidant Active Substances from Loquat Flowers
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of loquat flowers,this article used the inhibition rate of NO generation as an in-dicator to extract and study the antioxidant activity in loquat flowers.Through experiments on single factors such as extraction solvent,tempera-ture,time,and solid-liquid ratio,orthogonal experiments were conducted on the extraction temperature,time,and solid-liquid ratio.The opti-mal conditions for extracting active substances were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,time 60 minutes,The solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30(g∶mL),assisted by ultrasound,and the inhibition rate of NO generation is 69.87%.The obtained extract has the best antioxidant activity.关键词
