Abstract
The cooling system of 600000 t/a diammonium phosphate(DAP)in the second phase of a company in Yunnan is designed to use an air-cooled fluidized bed.However,there are problems such as high product wrapping temperature,significant fluctuations in product appear-ance quality after wrapping,large exhaust emissions from the air-cooled system,and difficulty in selecting and treating subsequent exhaust gas treatment processes.Targeted technical improvements have been made to the product cooling system to address the issue.The use of a water cooler effectively controls the wrapping temperature of DAP products,reduces the exhaust emissions of the device,and also lowers the energy consumption of the device.The application effect of water cooler technology was verified through performance evaluation of the device.关键词
