新型实验颈椎枕对于调整颈椎异常曲度的研究
Study on the New Experimental Cervical Pillow for Adjusting the Abnormal Curvature of Cervical Spine

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of a new experimental cervical pillow on cervical sagittal physiological curvature parameters.Methods A total of 131 volunteers were recruited from May 2021 to June 2022.All of them underwent standard lateral radiographs of the cervical spine and were determined to have abnormal physiological curvature of the cervical spine according to the Borden method.They were randomly divided into experimental group(66 volunteers)and control group(65 volunteers).The control group used ordinary latex pillows,and the experimental group used new experimental cervical pillows.The Borden value,Cobb value and comfort degree were compared between the two groups.Results The Borden value of the two groups was improved than that before the experiment,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the Cobb values of the two groups were improved than those before the experiment,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comfort of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The new experimental cervical pillow has certain advantages in assisting the adjustment of abnormal physiological curvature of human cervical spine to the normal range during sleep.关键词
