Abstract
Objective To study the effect of cervical balloon combined with oxytocin on coagulation index,vaginal delivery rate and cervical ripening effect of induced labor.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with indications for induced labor in Tianjin Port Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(100 pregnant women)and observation group(100 pregnant women)by random number table method.The control group was treated with oxytocin induction program,and the observation group was treated with cervical balloon combined with oxytocin induction program.The induction time,vaginal delivery rate,coagulation index[fibrinogen(Fib),dimer(D-D)],cervical ripening effect(Bishop cervical maturity score),and adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The induction time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After induction of labor,Fib and D-D in the two groups were lower than those before induction of labor,and Fib and D-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 10 hours of medication,the Bishop cervical maturity scores of the two groups were higher than those before medication,and the Bishop cervical maturity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cervical balloon combined with oxytocin can shorten the time of induced labor,improve the rate of vaginal delivery,improve the coagulation index,accelerate cervical ripening,and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
