Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia and its effect on limb function.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,60 stroke patients with hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in Guangxin District Blood Control Station of Shangrao City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit(NIHSS)score,lower limb function score(FMA),daily living ability(Barthel)score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33％,which was higher than 83.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the FMA and Barthel scores were higher than those before treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA and Barthel scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67％,which was compared with 10.00％in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is effective in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can promote the recovery of limb function,reduce the neurological deficit score,improve the level of daily living ability,and has high application safety.关键词
