Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy rupture.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,80 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy rupture received by the Yongfeng County Third People's Hospital were studied.Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to analyze the sonographic features of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of rupture of ectopic pregnancy.The Doppler blood flow parameters[resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)and peak systolic velocity(PSV)]of patients with positive and negative rupture of ectopic pregnancy were compared.The detection effect of color Doppler ultrasonography on the type of rupture of ectopic pregnancy was statistically analyzed.The diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasonography on rupture of ectopic pregnancy was analyzed with surgical pathological results as the gold standard.Results The sonographic features of patients with positive rupture of ectopic pregnancy were as follows:no gestational sac in uterus,normal uterine size and endometrial thickness,round or irregular mass in the lateral adnexal area,unclear edge,uneven low echo and turbidity in the interior,fetal buds,primitive heart tube pulsation and pseudo gestational sac in some patients,liquid dark area in the uterine rectal fossa and pelvic cavity,and punctate and strip-like blood flow signals.The RI and PI values of patients with positive rupture of ectopic pregnancy were higher than those of patients with negative rupture of ectopic pregnancy,and the PSV value was lower than that of patients with negative rupture of ectopic pregnancy(P＜0.05).The total detection rate of different types of ectopic pregnancy rupture by color Doppler ultrasound was 96.55％.After analysis,the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy rupture was 90.00％,the sensitivity was 91.38％,and the specificity was 86.36％.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a definite effect in the detection of ectopic pregnancy rupture,which can provide rich sonographic features and blood flow parameters.It has a high detection rate for different types of lesions,and the diagnostic efficiency is ideal.关键词
