Abstract
Objective To study the effect of two-way quality feedback nursing mode on the quality of life and prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 116 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to Tianjin Second People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(58 patients)and observation group(58 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given two-way quality feedback nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing compliance,negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],self-care ability[Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)],quality of life[the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)]and prognosis evaluation(Child-Pugh improved classification)were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The ESCA and SF-36 scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the ESCA and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The Child-Pugh score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the Child-Pugh score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The two-way quality feedback nursing model can improve the nursing compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis,alleviate their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and have a positive impact on their prognosis.关键词
