Abstract
Objective To study the effect of detail management on nursing effect and lung function in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 62 children with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 children in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with detail management on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],clinical symptoms(cough,fever,shortness of breath,lung wet rales)remission time,blood gas indexes[pulse blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,FEV1,FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The remission time of cough,fever,shortness of breath and lung moist rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,PaCO2 in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,SaO2 and PaO2 were higher than those before nursing,and PaCO2 in the observation group was lower than the control group,SaO2 and PaO2 were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of health education,therapeutic nursing,service attitude and psychological nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Detail management has a definite effect on pediatric pneumonia nursing,which can promote the improvement of lung function and blood gas index,shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
