摘要
Abstract
Chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)is a common form of chronic kidney disease(CKD)that is characterised by a long course of the disease,prolonged and difficult to cure.It is the primary cause of chronic renal failure,with the main clinical manifestations of hematuria,proteinuria,hypertension and edema.These manifestations can have different causes and a long duration of the disease.Currently,the disease cannot be cured by Western medicine alone;hormone therapy is often employed in clinical settings,exhibiting efficacy in the short term,yet prone to relapse upon cessation of the medication.In response to this situation,Professor Liu Baohou,based on many years of clinical practice,proposes a new approach to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.This approach combines the traditional Chinese medicine method of diagnosis and treatment with the latest scientific knowledge.One approach to the treatment of one-pneumonia is to identify the location and nature of the disease.This allows for the disease to be divided into three categories:lung loss of Xuanjiang,spleen loss of Jianyun,and renal yang deficiency and decline.The treatment of each of these categories is then based on the specific evidence presented.This study elucidates the specific regulations governing the application of disease site and disease nature,with case studies serving as a supporting framework.关键词
