混合痔悬吊荷包切除术在治疗重度混合痔中的临床效果及对患者肛管张力的影响
Clinical Effect of Mixed Hemorrhoids Suspension Purse Resection in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids and Its Effect on Anal Canal Tension in Patients

Abstract
Objective Patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were selected and treated with mixed hemorrhoidal suspension and bag resection,and the clinical effect and influence on anal canal tension were analyzed.Methods A total of 200 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Shangqiu City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 100 cases each.The control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation,and the study group was treated with mixed hemorrhoid suspension and pouch resection.The surgical indexes,wound healing days,anal canal tension,pain score,treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of pain and cumulative intraoperative bleeding in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The study group had fewer days of wound healing than the control group,and the anal tension was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of both groups decreased at 3 days,14 days,and 6 weeks after surgery,and the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the treatment effectiveness rate was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment effectiveness rate was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion For severe mixed hemorrhoids patients,the use of mixed hemorrhoidal suspension bag resection can improve surgical indicators and anorectal dynamics,reduce pain,reduce complications,improve treatment efficiency,and is safe,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
