Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Guanxinshutong capsule combined with conventional western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(CHDAP).Methods A total of 92 CHDAP patients who were treated in Gushi County People's Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into the study group(n=46,Guanxinshutong capsule+conventional western medicine treatment)and the control group(n=46,conventional western medicine treatment)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris attack and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(80.43%),the total effective rate of the study group(95.56%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After one month of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,pale complexion,tiredness and fatigue)in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the study group were lower,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After one month of treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in both groups were decreased,the duration were shorten,the degree of pain were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris in the study group was less,the duration was shorter,and the degree of pain was lower,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,in comparision of the control group(21.74%),the study group(4.35%)was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Guanxinshutong capsule+conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHDAP patients can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and angina pectoris,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
