Abstract
Objective To use extended care in patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary stent implantation and explore the effectiveness of care.Methods A total of 122 patients with coronary artery disease who had undergone percutaneous coronary stent implantation were admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City between January 2021 and January 2022.These patients were randomly divided into two groups of 61 cases each using a randomized numerical table.The control group received routine discharge guidance and follow-up,while the observation group received extended care based on the control group.The two groups were then compared in terms of medication adherence,quality of life,and the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events.Results The observation group exhibited higher compliance volume,number,time,and complete compliance medication scores than the control group.These differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Following nursing care,the social function score,physical pain score,general health score,mental health score,physical function score,emotional function score,physical function score,and vigor score of the observation group were found to be higher than those of the control group.These differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group(3.28%)was found to be lower than that in the control group(14.75%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of extended care to patients following percutaneous coronary stenting for coronary artery disease has been demonstrated to improve medication adherence and quality of life,reduce adverse cardiovascular events,and is therefore worthy of clinical application.关键词
