延续护理模式对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者生活质量影响OA
The Impact of continuous Nursing Mode on the Quality of Life in Patients with acute myocardial Infarction after percutaneous coronary Intervention
目的 浅析急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后采取延续护理模式对患者生活质量的影响.方法 将2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月于郑州大学第二附属医院行经皮冠状动脉介入术的患者 105 例,依据随机数表法分为对照组(52 例)与观察组(53 例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受延续护理,就两组患者遵医行为、不良情绪、生活质量、再发心肌梗死及不良心血管事件发生率进行比较.结果 观察组患者遵医行为均高于对照组,差异有统…查看全部>>
