Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of adopting continuous nursing model after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 105 patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(53 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance behavior,adverse emotions,quality of life,incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction,and adverse cardiovascular events of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The compliance behavior of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,all quality of life indicators of the two groups of patients improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The risk of recurrent myocardial infarction and adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is of positive significance for patients with acute myocardial infarction to carry out continuous nursing mode after PCI,effectively improve their compliance behavior,relieve bad mood,improve quality of life,and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events,it has good clinical value.关键词
