Abstract
The construction of standardization disciplines and the training of professional talents in colleges and universities are one of the important ways to solve the shortage of standardization talents and the lack of competence of employees.This article introduces the status quo of standardization discipline construction and professional personnel training in colleges and universities based on the construction of graduate degree programs and undergraduate professional programs,analyzes the main problems in the current standardization discipline construction and professional personnel training in colleges and universities,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.关键词
