Abstract
Standardization of government services is the foundation for scientific and modern management of government service centers,providing efficient services.This article takes the construction of the standards system of Changchun Municipal Government Service Center as an example,introduces how the center carries out the construction of the standards system in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB/T 32170,combined with the needs of enterprises and society,the approval process and other actual situations,and summarizes the practical experience and innovative methods.关键词
