Problems and Countermeasures of Accreditation,Certification,Inspection and Testing Industry in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Certification,accreditation,inspection and testing industry,as China's strategic emerging industries,one of the eight high-tech service industries for national key development,have ushered in good development opportunities.The certification,accreditation,inspection and testing industry in Guangdong has problems such as inaccurate positioning,locked position at the bottom of global value chain,weak service capabilities,weak international competitiveness,insufficient high-quality technological innovation,chaotic industry governance,and weak brand influence.It is recommended to elevate certification,accreditation,inspection and testing to a strategic emerging industry in Guangdong province,promote overtaking in curves by technological innovation,digital development at a high starting point,and modern technology,improve production capacity and service capabilities,strengthen industry governance,promote development through branding,occupy the commanding heights of the industry,make it an important engine and new economic growth point of the province's economy,and lead the high-quality economic development in Guangdong.关键词
