高校实验室安全管理准入制度实施的应用研究
Application Research on the Implementation of Laboratory Safety Management Access System in Universities

Abstract
Laboratory is an important foundation and position for the construction of universities and disciplines,as well as a training base and interactive platform for innovative talents and practical teaching.University laboratory safety is directly related to the life and property safety of teachers and students,but also related to school safety and social stability.Laboratory safety access system is an important part of laboratory safety management,and is also the fundamental basis for clarifying laboratory safety responsibilities.Based on the analysis of the current status of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,this paper aims to establish access systems for multi-level personnel laboratory safety,open laboratory,laboratory hazardous chemicals and laboratory safety access constraint mechanism,aiming at the problems such as vague hierarchical management objectives,non-standard open laboratory management,unclear whole process flow of hazardous chemicals and lack of supervision of safety access certification mechanism.The aim is to build a three-level linkage safety management responsibility system of school,hospital and room,realize the organic combination of laboratory safety management and the implementation of access systems,and effectively improve the laboratory safety management ability.关键词
