基于资质认定理念的校企共建实验室人员管理初探
Preliminary Study on Personnel Management of School-enterprise Co-construction Laboratory Based on the Concept of Qualification Accreditation

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of higher education reform,training high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of society has become the consensus of many colleges and universities,and the school-enterprise co-construction laboratory with the integration of production and education has become an important way to cultivate applied talents.While carrying out collaborative education and scientific research innovation in the school-enterprise co-construction laboratory,due to its many inherent deficiencies,it also exposes that the lack of laboratory management system,talent team construction and management are not in place.In this paper,the concept of qualification accreditation is used to solve the problems in the construction and management of talents in the school-enterprise co-construction laboratory,so as to enhance the scientific and normative management of the laboratory.关键词
