Abstract
Sample collection and crushing is the primary link of food inspection,in order to standardize the sample collection and crushing link,improve the reliability and accuracy of test results.Based on the analysis of the influence of sample collection and crushing process on the food inspection results by six factors of"human,machine,material,method,ring and pipe",this paper puts forward the countermeasures of standards sample collection and crushing through the three standards subsystems of basic general application,collection and crushing process and quality control,which provides a reference for the relevant institutions to improve the accuracy of test results.关键词
