Abstract
This paper introduces the replacement of coal boiler heat source by cogeneration central heating in a county,which effectively leverages the economic,environmental,and energy reliability advantages of centralized heating through ultra-low emission cogeneration.The zero side heating network is connected from heat exchange initial station of the power plant to the new pressure isolation pump station in the original heat source plant,the laying length is about 2*10 km,and the pipe network diameter is DN 800.The heating pipe network is laid through special areas such as expressway,highway,a tributary of Jinghe River,flood drainage ditch,etc.According to the requirements,the corresponding pipe network laying solution and the top pipe insulation integrated sliding bracket are put forward.According to the association standard Technical standard for long distance heating hot water pipe network,it is calculated that the design temperature of electric preheating installation is 56℃,and the whole design and construction of heating pipe network adopts electric preheating installation without compensation and distributed optical fiber leak monitoring system,which can ensure the long-term safe,reliable and economic operation of heat supply network.关键词
