摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the mental health problems of vocational students and the necessity of standardization of mental health education,and puts forward the standardization strategy of vocational students'mental health education based on PERMA theory.First of all,vocational college students are faced with problems such as lack of self-confidence,interpersonal tension,and weak emotional control ability,which need support and help in various aspects.Secondly,the standardization of mental health education is crucial to improving the level of education and safeguarding the mental health of students,and relevant documents and standards provide guidance for this.Then,PERMA theory emphasizes important elements such as positive emotion,sense of engagement,interpersonal relationship,meaning and sense of achievement,which provides theoretical support for mental health education.Finally,according to the characteristics of vocational college students,this paper puts forward the standardization strategy of mental health education guided by PERMA theory,including measures to enhance positive emotional experience and activity involvement,expand interpersonal skills,explore the meaning and value of life,and enhance the sense of accomplishment experience,so as to promote students'all-round development and mental health growth.关键词
