Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized small bone window craniotomy in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Chengdu Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as observation objects and divided into two groups by random drawing method.The control group(n=40)was treated with large bone flap craniotomy,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with standardized small bone window craniotomy.The surgical indexes,incidence of postoperative complications and nerve function of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The blood loss,operation time and incision diameter of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the neurological function was improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the amount of blood loss and operation time,reduce the injury to patients,and improve the neurological function of patients,which has clinical application value.关键词
