慢性萎缩性胃炎规范化治疗效果分析
Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Treatment for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical standardized treatment in gastroenterology department on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Siping Central People's Hospital of Jilin Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received standardized treatment,and tepredone combined with rabeprazole sodium was selected to carry out drug treatment according to condition,and various indexes of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical indicators of patients were effectively improved,and the treatment effective rate,helicobacter pylori clearance rate,negative conversion rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of teprenone combined with rabeprazole sodium for standardized drug treatment can effectively improve the number of helicobacter pylori in patients and enhance overall treatment effectiveness.关键词
