Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Treatment of Non-invasive Ventilator in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Type II Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of non-invasive ventilator standardized treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with type II respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 86 patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure were selected from the Xiantao First People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University from September 2021 to October 2023,and divided into two groups by computer,with 43 cases in each group.Patients receiving conventional treatment were taken as the control group,and those receiving standardized treatment with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment were taken as the study group.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:The improvement of pulmonary function indexes in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood gas index in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score(CAT)and a longer 6 min walk distance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure received standardized treatment with non-invasive ventilator,which can improve lung function and blood gas index of patients,and has less adverse reactions and significant prognosis.关键词
