Study on the Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention on Ventilator-treated Patients in Intensive Care Unit

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing for patients treated with ventilators in intensive care unit.Methods:From January 2023 to November 2023,70 patients treated with ventilator in the intensive care unit of the Army's 80th Group Army Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The former received routine nursing,the latter received standardized nursing,and the disease-related indicators and nursing satisfaction of patients under different nursing modes were observed.Results:The incidence of ventilators associated pneumonia,the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for ventilator patients in intensive care unit can reduce clinical inflammatory indexes,shorten hospital stay and build a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
