Abstract
Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of standardized nursing on negative psychology of AIDS patients.Methods:In this study,72 AIDS patients admitted to Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from April 2022 to February 2023 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received standardized nursing.The patient satisfaction rate,psychological status,and quality of life were compared.Results:After nursing,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the psychological status and quality of life indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing can improve the nursing effect of AIDS patients,significantly improve their negative emotions,and have a high satisfaction rate and comfort,which is worth promoting.关键词
