Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:200 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(standardized continuous nursing intervention)by random number table method,and the intervention effect was compared.Results:After intervention,the neurological deficit rating scale(NIHSS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized continuous nursing is helpful to improve the cognitive function,neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
