Effect of Standardized Nursing on the Prevention of ICU Syndrome in Critically Ill Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of standardized nursing procedure to prevent ICU syndrome in critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:66 critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation treated in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing.The application effect of different nursing schemes in the prevention of ICU syndrome was compared between the two groups.Results:The ICU environmental stressor scale score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);ICU stay time,mechanical ventilation time,ICU syndrome symptom duration and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Standardized nursing has a positive preventive effect on the ICU syndrome in critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation,and can shorten the course of patients'illness and help them leave hospital as soon as possible.关键词
