Effect of Standardized Medical Care-Family Model Nursing on Clinical Outcomes of Children with Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized medical care-family model nursing on the clinical outcomes of children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First People's Hospital of Baiyin,Gansu Province from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing guidance,and the observation group was given standardized medical care-family model nursing.The disappearance of clinical symptoms,the length of hospital stay and the score of SCARED were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance of clinical symptoms and the length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SCARED score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting standardized medical care-family model nursing for children with pneumonia is helpful to improve their mood and promote their early recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
