摘要
Abstract
The behavior of"being supposed to have been inspected"is one of the most common violations found in the practice of inspection and quarantine of animals and their products.In order to improve the legal system related to animal inspection and quarantine,relevant regulations have been amended in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention.But there are still some confusions for some law enforcement officers during their practice in dealing with such cases.To this end,two cases were reviewed in the paper,based on which,relevant regulations related to legal basis,actors of quarantine supervision and law enforcement,supplementary inspection and others,were introduced,followed by some comments and recommendations according to relevant national provisions,expecting to assist officers in their law enforcement.关键词
