彩色多普勒超声引导桡动脉穿刺的临床实践
Clinical practice of radial artery puncture guided by color Doppler ultrasound

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in guiding radial artery puncture.Methods A total of 110 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(57 cases)and the control group(53 cases).Patients in the observation group underwent radial artery puncture and catheterization guided by color Doppler ultrasound;patients in the control group underwent routine blind puncture and catheterization.The puncture time,one-time puncture success rate,and incidence of hematoma formation of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The puncture time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(36.5±7.8)s vs.(69.3±18.6)s],and the one-time puncture success rate was higher than that in the control group(96.5%vs.45.3%),the incidence of hematoma formation was lower than that in the control group(3.5%vs.28.3%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound guiding radial artery puncture can significantly improve the one-time puncture success rate and reduce the complications of arterial puncture.关键词
