Progress on the clinical application of echocardiography in evaluation of right heart dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
With the development of modern medicine,the evaluation of right heart function of patients with acquired heart disease,congenital heart disease,cardiomyopathy and pulmonary hypertension(PH)has become a research hotspot in clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies and disease prognosis judgment.The new technology of echocardiography is also constantly advancing and developing.New echocardiographic parameters are gradually applied in clinical practice.Early detection of right heart dysfunction is very important for the outcome of heart disease.In order to explore the current clinical application of these indicators,this article provides a brief review of the clinical application progress of echocardiography in evaluating right heart function.关键词
