住院患者天麻素注射液的不合理用药情况和用药安全性分析
Current situation and safety analysis of irrational use of gastrodin injection in inpatients

Abstract
AIM To analyze the clinically irrational use and medication safety of gastrodin injection in inpatients.METHODS Cases of all gastrodin injection inpatients in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were investigated.The basic conditions of the patients,usage and dosage,medication frequency,course of treatment and combined medication were collected.Statistical analysis and special comments were carried out.RESULTS In the investigation of 15 375 patients treated with gastrodin injection,the total proportion of irrational drug use was 9.53％,with a gradual declining tendency year by year.The most common type of irrational use was inappropriate dosage and administration,accounting for 66.95％.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 0.33％.Patient gender and combined drug use were the factors that could affect the occurrence of ADR.CONCLUSION It is necessary to pay attention to clinical medication monitoring and intervention of ADR,further strengthen the management of gastrodin injection,improve the level of standardized use of gastrodin injection,and reduce the occurrence of the ADR.关键词
