Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q-switched laser at 532 nm combined with ultra-pulse CO2 laser in the treatment of facial seborrheic keratosis.Methods Using a single-center clinical trial method,186 patients with facial seborrheic keratosis treated in the author's hospital from June 30,2019,to December 31,2022,were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,93 patients in the combination group received Q-switched laser at 532 nm combined with ultra-pulse CO2 laser treatment,while 93 patients in the control group received ultra-pulse CO2 laser treatment.The clinical efficacy,Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of clothing selection,daily activities,symptoms and physical feelings,psychological feelings,and total DLQI scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(all P＜0.05),and the improvement in the combination group was better than that in the control group(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Q-switched laser at 532 nm and ultra-pulse CO2 laser for the treatment of facial seborrheic keratosis patients has better results than using only ultra-pulse CO2 laser,and can more effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
