以脏腑辨证为核心的黄褐斑面部望诊的皮损特征分析
Analysis of Skin Lesion Characteristics in Facial Inspection of Melasma Based on Zang-fu Differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Melasma is a pigmentogenic skin disease typical of yellow-brown spots on the face.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the dysfunction of zang-fu organs,qi and blood,meridians and collaterals is an important pathogenesis of the disease.Holistic concept and syndrome differentiation,as the dominant ideas of TCM theoretical system,run through the whole course of diagnosis and treatment of Melasma,forming a Melasma observation system under the guidance of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs.By observing the color,shape,boundary and other relevant features of yellow and brown scabbers,combined with facial local syndrome differentiation and systemic syndrome differentiation,assisting modern equipment to collect supplementary objective information,using zang-fu syndrome differentiation method to analyze and guide the treatment of skin lesions,exploring the objective quantitative method of facial inspection in TCM treatment of Melasma,providing a theoretical basis for its research.关键词
