梅花针叩刺、针灸联合米诺地尔搽剂治疗男性脂溢性脱发疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum-blossom needle tapping and acupuncture combined with minoxidil in the treatment of male seborrheic alopecia.Methods A total of 105 male patients with seborrheic alopecia who were admitted to the author's hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=53)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture and the observation group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping on the basis of the treatment of control group.Clinical efficacy,symptom scores,content of trace elements in hair,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 100 patients completed all treatments.After treatment,the total response rate in the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.00%)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores for hair loss,itching and desquamation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Fe,Cu and Zn in hair of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Ca level between the groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Plum-blossom needle tapping and acupuncture combined with minoxidil is significantly effective in the treatment of male seborrheic alopecia.The combined treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the content of trace elements in hair,and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
