Therapeutic Effect of Three Sequential Therapy of Needle,Drug and Cold Spray in the Treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis

Abstract
Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of the"needle medicine low-temperature cold spray"triple sequential therapy in the treatment of recurrent facial dermatitis,and compare the observation of skin lesions before and after treatment using dermatoscopy.Methods 68 patients with recurrent facial dermatitis who came to the hospital for treatment from March 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=34)and a control group(n=34).The skin lesions of the two groups of patients were observed and compared under dermatoscopy before and after treatment.The treatment group took the traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Xiaoban Tang internally,and at the same time,according to the characteristics of the skin lesion,performed fire needle treatment at the site of the lesion,followed by low-temperature cold spraying,and external application of pain relieving and anti-inflammatory ointment.The control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,and cold spray at low temperature combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel for external use.After treatment,analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy,improvement of skin lesions,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups of patients significantly decreased compared to before treatment,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of dermatoscopy examination showed that the treatment group had significantly improved skin lesions compared to the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The triple sequential therapy of"needle medicine low-temperature cold spray"can significantly reduce the severity of facial skin lesions in the treatment of recurrent facial dermatitis,with significant therapeutic effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
