3M-Z350纳米复合树脂材料在活髓牙修复中修复体外观美观协调性的研究
Study on the Aesthetic Coordination of 3M-Z350 Nanocomposite Resin Used in the Restoration of Living Pulp Teeth

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of 3M-Z350 nanocomposite resin material on restoration integrity,edge fit and color coordination in the restoration of vital pulp teeth.Methods A total of 80 patients with vital pulp teeth repaired in the author's hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by draw.The control group was repaired with 3M-Z100 composite resin filling material,and the observation group was repaired with 3M-Z350 nanocomposite resin material.The pain(VAS)scores of the two groups at different time points after repair(immediately after repair,7 days after repair,30 days after repair,and 90 days after repair)were compared between the two groups,and the cosmetic effects of the two groups at immediately and 90 days after repair were analyzed.Integrity,edge fit,color coordination),the incidence of adverse reactions and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The restoration integrity,edge fit,color coordination score and total cosmetic effect score at 90 days after repair in the two groups were all lower than those at immediately after restoration(P＜0.05).The edge adhesion,color coordination score and total score of cosmetic effect were all higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before repair(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups immediately after repair compared with before repair(P＞0.05).VAS scores at 7 d,30 d and 90 d after repair were lower in both groups than before and immediately after repair(P＜0.05),and pairings were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS scores at immediately,7 days after repair,and 30 days after repair were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the VAS score at 90 days after repair compared with the control group(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11%,which was lower than 29.73%in the control group(P＜0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.38%of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion 3M-Z350 nanocomposite resin material has definite curative effect in the restoration of vital pulp,it can relieve the pain after restoration,the restoration has good integrity and color coordination,and the edge fit is high,which can reduce the adverse reactions,and the patients are satisfied with the restoration.High degree,worthy of promotion.关键词
