Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of high permeability zirconia all-ceramic crown on aesthetic restoration effect of single anterior tooth defect.Methods 80 patients(80 teeth)with single anterior tooth defect admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(high permeability zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration)and control group(cobalt chromium porcelain crown restoration)according to the random number table method,with 40 cases(40 teeth)in each group.The restoration effect,periodontal indexes and gingival crevicular fluid indexes[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8]before restoration and at 1 month after restoration and satisfaction of restoration and occurrence of complications at 1 year after restoration were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 year after restoration,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the evaluation of restoration effect,such as color contrast,edge coloration,anatomic appearance,edge tightness and dental caries(P＜0.05).At 1 month after restoration,the periodontal probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI)and bleeding index(BI)in both groups were increased,but the indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P＜0.05).At 1 month after restoration,the levels of ALP,IL-6 and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid in both groups were decreased,and the levels in observation group were lower compared with those in control group(all P＜0.05).At 1 year after restoration,the total satisfaction of restoration in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).During 1 year of restoration,no dental corrosion occurred in both groups,and there were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of pain,gingivitis and root fracture(P＞0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion High permeability zirconia all-ceramic crown has a good restoration effect on the restoration of single anterior tooth defect,and it can relieve the periodontal tissue inflammation,and it is worthy of wide application.关键词
