Abstract
Accelerating the construction of the world important talent center and innovation highland is an important task in Chinese path to modernization,and it is also the key to achieving high-quality development.From a perspective of historical evolution,the development of the world important talent center and innovation highland has gone through four stages:germination,formation,development,and deepening.From a perspective of law understanding,the core concept of promoting the construction of the world important talent center and innovation highland lies in systematically promoting the formation of a national innovation mechanism consisting of multiple subjects,multiple aspects,and multiple links that organically interact and collaborate efficiently.From a perspective of scientific connotation,the world important talent center mainly refers to a region or organization where talents are fully gathered,innovative activities are intensive,the talent innovation environment is excellent,various world-class innovative elements can be continuously gathered and integrated,and the industrial radiation driving effect is strong.In terms of great significance,the proposal of this proposition has greatly enriched and developed the theoretical treasure trove of Marxist talent thinking,provided an important grip for firmly walking the path of building a strong talent country,and contributed Chinese wisdom and solutions to building a better world.关键词
