摘要
Abstract
Constructing an analysis framework for urban amenities theory based on types of amenities,and exploring the mechanism of interaction between amenities and urban talent attractiveness,can better explain the current phenomenon of talent flow between cities in China.By selecting natural,cultural,transportation,health,commercial,and educational amenities,a theoretical analysis framework is constructed to analyze the configuration effect between amenities and urban talent attractiveness.Taking 100 cities as samples,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to explore the complex causal mechanism between amenities and urban talent attractiveness.The results show that there are no necessary conditions for amenities that influence the urban talent attractiveness,and there are four configurations that lead to high urban talent attractiveness and five configurations that lead to low urban talent attractiveness.To further enhance the attractiveness of cities to talents,cities should pay attention to the development of amenities and choose talent enhancement strategies tailored to local conditions.关键词
