Abstract
The protection of juveniles in difficulties has always been a focus of common concern for the whole society,and the high-quality development of the talent team has become an important growth point for improving the quality and efficiency of protection work.A survey on the development status of the talent team for protecting juveniles in difficulties in District A of Yinchuan City shows that the staff responsible for protecting juveniles in difficulties are mainly part-time,there are fewer personnel with relevant disciplinary backgrounds,their professional competence needs to be improved,the assessment mechanism is incomplete and incomplete,there is a lack of accurate feedback mechanisms,the performance incentive strength and effect are not obvious enough,and it has a certain influence on the enthusiasm of children's directors and supervisors to carry out the protection of juveniles in difficulties.To promote the construction of a talent team for protecting juveniles in difficulties,we should explore a normalized and institutionalized training model,carry out professional training that includes basic knowledge,policy implementation,information management,dynamic tracking,and extracurricular expansion,and comprehensively enhance the professional competence of the talent team.Guided by a performance evaluation system,based on the needs of the talent team,we should comprehensively consider work effectiveness,encourage talents to actively demand progress,and achieve high-quality development in both the protection of juveniles in difficulties and the talent team.关键词
