随着数字经济的兴起,网络营销成为乳制品行业的重要渠道,但品牌建设、物流配送、市场定位和消费者信任等方面存在问题.通过文献综述和案例分析,概述了网络营销的发展背景,探讨了成功企业的策略;强调社交媒体、内容营销、搜索引擎优化和大数据技术的应用对提升品牌影响力和消费者购买意愿至关重要;提出加强品牌建设、优化物流体系、创新营销策略和提升售后服务等对策,以增强消费者信任,推动乳品企业的可持续发展.

With the improvement of health awareness and the promotion of consumption upgrading trends,dairy products,as an important source of nutrition,continue to grow in market demand.This study aimed to explore the current situation,challenges,and opportunities of online marketing for dairy products,and propose effective online marketing strategies.Through literature review and market analysis,this paper first outlined the development background of the dairy industry and changes in consumer behavior.Subsequently,using case study methods,several dairy companies that have successfully applied online marketing were analyzed,along with the strategies they have adopted and the results they have achieved.
