Analysis of the Core Indicators of Premier Milk Project
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In 2022 and 2023,raw milk from the three own scale farms enterprise in Xinjiang Xiyuchun Dairy Limited Liability Company(short for"Xiyuchun Dairy")was collected every day,and the indicators of quality milk such as fat,protein,CFU and somatic cell count were continuously tested accordance to the Technical Specification for Classification of Raw Milk Use of the Premier Milk Project Technology System.[Method]The non-parametric method(Kruskal-Wallis Multiple Comparison Test)in Graphpad Prism 8.0 software was used for statistical analysis.[Result]The tested raw milk stably met requirements of extra high grade raw milk in the Premier Milk Project,which laid a foundation for the full implementation of the Premier Milk Engineering Project.[Conclusion]Xiyuchun Dairy raw milk for two consecutive years of high-quality milk project core indicators have reached the requirements of the special superior grade raw milk,the relevant indicators have exceeded the standard requirements of the dairy industry in large countries,with the basic conditions for the full implementation of high-quality milk project.关键词
