青春期子宫内膜异位症治疗策略
Treatment strategies for endometriosis in adoles-cence
摘要
Abstract
Puberty endometriosis can cause secondary dysmenorrhea in adolescents,and its diagnosis and treatment are often delayed.It is necessary to be aware of complicated reproductive tract malformations.Five major classes of drugs can be used for adolescent en-dometriosis,GnRH-a should be used with caution in adolescents under 16 years of age.Surgical treatment should strictly grasp the timing and indications,and pay attention to the protection of adolescent ovarian function.Postoperative adjuvant drug therapy was re-quired.The treatment of endometriosis in adolescence should be patient-centered,follow the concept of lifelong management,and develop a comprehensive plan based on the principle of individualization.关键词
