The critical points and progress in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine
摘要
Abstract
Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the management of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)has unique characteristics and advantages.After half a century of exploration and development,a relatively mature theory and treatment system has been formed.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on"Yiqiyangyin,Huoxuehuayu,Qingrejiedu,Tongligongxia"has synergistic effect with Western medicine treatment in alleviating inflammation,relieving pain,preventing and treating severe disease and protecting organ function in the early stage of SAP.In the later stage of the disease,the theory of"building zhong",which focuses on preventing infection,treating complications with minimally invasive surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.The strategy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of SAP.关键词
